Agreement
By creating an account or using GainzLog you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
- You need a valid email address that you confirm, and you must be old enough to consent to the processing of your data where you live (in the EU at least 16, or the lower age your country sets).
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else got in, change your password and sign out your other devices under Settings → Privacy.
- One account is for one person.
Not medical advice
GainzLog helps you log and see your nutrition, body and workouts. Its numbers, targets and estimates (for example calorie targets or estimated one-rep maxes) are approximations for your information, not medical, dietary or training advice. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition.
Your data
What you log is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and show it to you and run the service. You can download it or delete your account at any time; how we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Don't misuse GainzLog: don't try to break into other accounts or our systems, overload or scrape the service, sign up with someone else's email address or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Plans and payments
- The free plan stays free, within its limits.
- Paid plans renew automatically every period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the subscription page; the plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- If a renewal payment fails, the paid features stay for a short grace period, then your account returns to the free plan. Data above the free plan's limits is kept, not deleted.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page. Price changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Availability
We work to keep GainzLog running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. We may change features over time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses resulting from the service being unavailable. Back up what matters to you with the data export.
Ending
You can stop using GainzLog and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if we ever shut down the service, we will tell you in advance so you can export your data.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we let you know in the app or by email before it applies. Questions: no-reply@gainzlog.com.
