Pick your app
The web app (PWA) works on every phone today. The Google Play and App Store apps are on their way.
Android
- Open GainzLog in Chrome (Edge and Samsung Internet work too).
- Tap the PWA badge above and confirm with Install. If nothing happens, open the browser menu more_vert and tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Open GainzLog with its new icon and sign in.
iPhone and iPad
iPhones add web apps from the Share menu. The iPhone install guide walks you through it step by step.
Computer
In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon install_desktop at the right end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install GainzLog. GainzLog then opens in its own window.
Good to know
- GainzLog updates itself; there is nothing to update by hand.
- Your data is stored in your account, not on the device, so you see the same logs everywhere - in the app and in the browser.
- Reminders work once the app is installed: turn them on under Settings → Reminders.
- If you log without a connection, GainzLog saves the entry once you are back online.
